I shipped a package 1.5 weeks ago, a few days before the election. The woman still hasn't received it and neither of us can get the tracking number to work. How long do you wait before issuing a refund over a lost package? The package wasn't insured and USPS has been worthless in finding it; am I going to loose every penny over the transaction, or will PayPal protect me at all?
