PP pop-up "continue" button not active

I have been hit with a "Limitation" to be resolved. Fine... I click the "Resolve" button and a pop asks if we are publicly traded.

I click the NO radio button (we're an NFP/charity so I had to put us up as a business) and the "continue" button is not active!

I can't answer the question to resolve the limitation. I've tried this more than once.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can ask for PP to fix this please?

I'm in Australia - I'm not ringing.

Thanks, Vicki

Hi @UCF-vicki,

I'm sorry to hear that there's no radio button to select. I realize that you do not wish to call, but the best way to get this resolved quickly would be to all and allow a representative to reset the requirement. You can select a different contact method, but there will be a longer wait for resolution.

To contact customer service, please click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website for available options, or reach out by PM on Facebook or DM on Twitter.

I hope this can be resolved quickly!
