PP Won't Let Me File A Claim

 

There is only one option  "I Want To Report An Unauthorized Activity"

Yet, it was authorized...by me....yet I got scammed.

What's my next step?

That's because you sent payment as friends and family. Does the payment status your payment say "Money Sent"? If so, there is no refund or purchase protection as it is considered a 'gift' payment. That's why it won't let you file a claim an Item Not Received or Significantly Not As Described claim.

Also, every message I send to PP keeps getting: "This conversation has been closed"
