NO protection from scam sites that use PayPal. The company said it was in California. They stole stock photos for the actual site and sent me something completely different then I paid for. They want me to pay for return shipping to China? Why? aren't u in California? The mailing label to my house was from California. They gave me the return address in Chinese that appears to be an invalid address according to UPS and there's no way to contact PayPal. They only insist I return the item to get a refund, but there's no way how to. I'm sure THAT is the scam and seems PayPal doesn't care. Does anyone know how to contact a person and not a bot at PayPal?
