Hi, Can anybody explain why I received an email from paypal totally out of the blue informing me that I can't use paypal anymore? I've received an email stating that my account is limited, but don't see any steps in the Resolution Center. PP-L-255427737143 However I can provide any documents needed Any helps ,,

I received this morning an email from Paypal says that my account has been limited permanently without any reason.
