So about a day ago, PayPal has removed my ability to send or recieve any money, and when I tried looking into why, the resolution center says it's "due to the nature of [my] business" and that I pose some kind of risk. I keep trying to contact customer service but I keep being told that no agents are available. I'd really like some help with this though, since I've done nothing but buy and sell action figures and gaming electronics (AV cables and such). I don't have any bad reviews on Ebay as far as I know. What have I done to cause this?

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky. (use the guest option if you can't log in).
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Ah, I actually haven't thought of that! In another thread someone had suggested going to the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint, but I'll try asking PayPal the way you suggested.
