Information requested was provided on May 20 2020  ---> PAYPAL REQUESTED TRACKING INFO WHICH WAS PROVIDED THIS DATE


ADDITIONALLY, the stated deadline for this info to be to be provided was 30 May 2020  ----> THE DENIAL STATEMENT SAID THAT THE DEADLINE PASSED INCORRECTLY

 

THIS CASE WAS DENIED ERRONEOUSLY -  I RECEIVED AN REFUND CONFIRMATOIN THE PREVIOUS WEEK, THEN RECEIVED THIS NOTIFICATION.

 

How can this be corrected.
