Hi Paypal, Case ID: PP-D-37077797 is overdue since September 5, 2019 but I did not receive any update regarding this case. Please give me update regarding this case because I did not receive the item that I bought, I am trusting and hoping for your quick response. Thank You.

Have you escalated to a claim? If so then for an update...............
