I am trying to open a dispute in connection with an item I purchased which is not as described.
I completed the dispute application and when I pressed the Submit button I received an Error message and everything disappeared.
I repeated the process, attached two PDF files which were visible, hit the Submit button and the PDF files disappeared.
I have repeated it several times and the same thing is happening.
Any clues as to what is happening OR an alternative method of submitting the dispute application would be appreciated.
