For Transaction ID 36011775AM433881D as per my bank paypal charged me 471.03 USD not the amount needed by transaction i.e. 449 USD,
and the problem came from that paypal charged me automatically in EGP without my authorization or giving me the chose like what had been done for other transaction to use USD
; at the end after this stupid conversion from USD to EGP and then paypal charged my bank in USD !!!! (471.03USD) which is ridiculous
becasue paypal overcharged me ( 22.03 USD) to convert currencies and then asked the bank for the whole amount in USD!!!!! then why change currnecies in the first place while my card currency is already in USD??
so by all means cancel this and make another one in USD for just 449 as needed by the merchant and everything will be resolved
or I request a refund for this overcharge difference (i.e. 22.03 USD) and not a refund of the whole amount;
