Hello,
Today someone used my paypal account and paid for the software !!!
I did immediately report this issue to Paypal and the Company and informed that it was fraud and not made by me and asked for refund....
But....Company said this is issue that paypal should solve , and paypal said they could not find any unauthorized transaction and won't refund money!!!
But the fact is that i did not do this transaction and i did not get any software from the Company!!!!
Please help!!!!
Contact PayPal again to change the case you filed to Item not received. If you are still not refunded, file a chargeback with your card issuer or bank.
Be careful of software trials/ads. Use Adblock on your browser.

The money has gone from my CC and My bank card issuer can't refund it, impossible
By the way it is not able to change case as Paypal says the case is closed :(((
But it was not me who did pay for the product , why i have to lie ? If i will lie then they say me why you changed your case?
