Over 4 months ago, PP requested more information about me as my account transactions had hit a certain level. Proof of address, linked bank account etc. I IMMEDIATELY PROVIDED ALL REQUESTED INFORMATION and waited.... and waited..... and waited....
I HAVE SEND OVER 25 MESSAGES TO PP VIA THE MESSAGE CENTER. Every time i log in it tells me my account is " limited" and requests the information yet again but when i try to click through to re-submit, it simply skips from screen to screen (with the little check marks indicating each task has already been fulfilled) and then goes back to summary.
Is PP becoming a huge scam? I have money in the account but i cannot do anything for over 4 months. A few automated responses to my messages and nothing more. Help!
