MY BUSSINESS ACCOUNT GOT HACKED YESTERDAY AND EURO 1095 PURCHASE WAS MADE USING MY CREDIT CARD CARD ,
ACCOUNT AS ALSO CLOSED BY THE HACKER, NOW I HAVE OPENED A NEW ACCOUNT TO RAISE THE ISSUE , I REQUEST PAYPAL TEAM TO PROVIDE SOME SUPPORT, I HAVE CONTACTED PAYPAL VIA SPOOF@PAYPAL.COM, BUT NO RESPONSE YET
I am sorry to hear that this has happened to you. I would recommend to contact us directly by phone so we can help you with this and get any unauthorized transaction reported for you. Just click on the help section at the bottom of any PayPal page and choose the option "call us". Once you are through we will be able to file a report for you. Be sure to run a full virus scan on the device you are using and if your password on PayPal was similar to a password you use on any other online accounts I would recommend to change these also, especially your email account.
