Hello All,

I have paid someone for optimization & sales service amount. After waiting for 15 days, i have submitted case on him to refund my amount as nothing has completed. He is from facebook page.After opening the case , he has requested me a lot that please close the case i will refund you, your full amount. After several i have close the case but now he is not refunding me stating that paypal has limited his business account so he cant sent me my money.

Also yesterday i have received an email asking for my poassword, when i denied to reply that email, the service provider told me that if i dont reply them promtly then i will not get refund.Please suggest what can i do??

If you had to close a case to get a refund then it would be pointless opening one.
NEVER close a dispute / claim until you have a refund.
If the seller issued a refund then that would close the dispute automatically.
You should not have closed it now he can ignore you and nothing you can do about it unfortunately.
