I RECENTLY BROUGHT THESE SHOES ON STOCK X I GOT THE WRONG SIZE AND THEY USUALLY DON'T 

TAKE REFUNDS. I WENT TO PAYPAL AND CANCEL THE TRANSACTION. I ALSO TOOK OUT THE DEBIT CARD

LINKED WITH MY ACCOUNT FOR I WOULDN'T BE CHARGED BUT I STILL HAVE -$150 IN MY BANK ACCOUNT AS PENDING SO 

IM WONDERING IF ILL BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK BECAUSE I PUT ACTION AS "INACTIVE"

Sorry to hear that you got the wrong size shoe. Did you order the incorrect size or did Stock X send you the wrong size shoe? If you ordered a size that doesn't fit, you would have to work with the merchant to resolve this as we wouldn't have a dispute option for you. If you ordered the correct size and received the wrong size, you would be able to dispute the transaction.
