PAYMENT ISSUE CAN'T OPEN CASE

Good day,

Can some one please help me, I have not received a EBAY parcel, when I tried opening a case, they sent me a message

"Sorry, we're unable to open a case for this issue

 Unfortunately, we can’t open a case for you because it looks like there’s a payment issue with this order. Please contact PayPal customer support to cancel the payment. If you paid with a credit card, please contact your provider to cancel the payment."

Can someone please assist me?

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?

1. Pending / Unclaimed.
2. Pending / Unclaimed with a cancel option.
3. Completed / Sent.
4. Pending / Uncleared.
5. Pending awaiting authorisation.

It does not reflect a payment at all in my paypal account but in my ebay account it gives the error

So did you actual pay, was your funding source debited?

I have done the payment and it went off my bank account via paypal

Then contact your bank to recall the payment or do a chargeback.
