Need help? If there's a problem, make sure to contact the seller through PayPal by September 30, 2020. I did not receive my above item. The seller sent me 2 mask which i did not order. and paypal will not refund me look at all my proof.

I am currently in a battle with PayPal about this same thing. I just sent them 5 links showing how this company is a scam and told them I can keep going if they want. I am on hold with my bank now. I ordered masks in april and finally received them. They are childrens sized masks and not what I ordered. Lushgood wants me to ship back before they will refund my money. We all know that is a scam too ... they will refuse delivery and I will not only be out the $ 40 but the shipping cost too.

This happened to me too. PayPal sided with this “vendor” because they sent a tracking number, which was apparently an empty envelope. The vendor sent me a separate tracking number to a Chinese shipped; also fake. I sent PayPal multiple screenshots of emails that should show this pretty clearly. I am out $63 because PayPal couldn’t do due diligence. I won’t be using PayPal anymore .

Update: PayPal reversed decision when I provided more information.

At least you got an envelope. I got nothing as the vendor sent it to a different address and acknowledged in an email it was delivered to the wrong address. Sent a copy of the email and PayPal denied the dispute because the item was delivered... They told me the decision was final and cannot be changed. I'm still trying though.
