I HAVE CALLED XOOM,PAYPAL AND BOTH SAID DUE TO CORNAVIRUS THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROCESS MY CALL PLEASE HELP WHAT STEPS SHOULD I TAKE. My account is limited due to the fact is pandemic money.
