I opened a dispute about the unauthorized transaction when I was charged by Digital River for annual payment for AVG antivirus and they rejected my claim. Paypal said I authorized it. I know I did not authorize it and I was not aware last year I also got billed for it. We never used paid AVG antivirus.
As soon as I found this unauthorized transaction (which is today), I reported it. How can Paypal tell me I authorized the automatic billing? I don't even have an account with the billing company! What can I do about it?
