My daughter and I ordered identical product. I paid nearly £17 extra for 5-7 days delivery- my daughter didn’t. She received her product nearly a week before I received mine - ordered on 13October- received 8November. I’ve requested refund of express delivery charges and PayPal say seller says currency difference - postal charge or other matters cost more. Can a seller just add extra charges - not honour contract- 5-7 day delivery?

Well you need to take that up with the seller / small claims court, it does not come under paypals buyer protection policy.
