Overcharged to my Paypal Account

Hi Guys,

today I have been charged by FB for ads I have not ran and it has been charged to my credit card through Paypal. I have send a complaint to FB about the wrong payment. But the problem is Facebook has only charged me $857.28 While pay pal has duplicated this and charged me $1300/- I cannot go to summary page due to an internal server issue. Highly appreciate if you guys can advise me on what to do.
