How do I resolve this problem???
Money paid for an order - legitimate seller who I have used before.
Money taken from my bank account.
Details from Paypal with receipt number.
No good received .
No details of the transaction on my statement.
No transaction number so cannot use resolution centre.
Where do I get help from
£140 + missing from account and no goods
