I responded to this message by by sending a copy of my bank check & proof of non-profit status SEVERAL WEEKS AGO but still can't process donations or purchases!!!!

Bank check is not listed as an acceptable document, but bank statements are:

Perhaps that is causing delays? Contact customer service to follow up.
