Our Church was wrongly charged a payment

Our church account was charged a payment from an entity we have no dealings with. I changed our login info. I opened a dispute and they closed it saying that it seemed normal. What do I do now? Do i close our account becuase they are not reliable?

Have to reach out to customer service to get the dispute looked at again. The first round is reviewed by a computer it seems.

  1. Log on.
  2. Click HELP at the top menu.
  3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
  4. Scroll down to click MESSAGE US or other contact options.

If calling, call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.
