I ordered too on 6/28; honestly I was on the Nintendo site and must have clicked something and was so excited to see one available that i bought it without researching further, which I should have done. However, despite that, this site is a fraud. I received a shipping number from China for "small packets" which, from what I read is for small envelopes, which a Nintendo switch in box wouldn't be. I have read several other complaints about this shop, which keeps changing names. I contacted paypal as soon as I realized I ordered from them and not Nintendo and they turned down my case, said it was authorized, so I called and talked to someone and she said to call back in a week when I don't get the item and they'll refund. Well,now it is saying shipped, though we all know it is not a real Switch coming to me. Now they are saying the case is closed and they're not letting me file a dispute. I think we all just gave a China scammer a bunch of money and we aren't getting Switches in return and Paypal isn't doing a damn thing about it.
I will keep bothering them until they fulfill their promise of money back guarantee if you don't get your item.
This is ridiculous that I can't talk to an actual person!!
