Hello. I have ordered an item from eBay, it never arrived. When I were ordering, I used a "guest" account. A few days after I placed the order and payed, this seller's account got suspended/blocked. I payed with my card (not paypal), but was advised to check the paypal registrations since all payments from credit cards are suppoused to go through paypal accounts(?) But i have no registered transactions here. Is there a way I can get a refund? (I cannot contact eBay either, cannot call them from my country/they cannot call me and there is no way to msg. them (?) ) Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
