I ordered Croc's as a Christmas gift on Nov 21st 2020 allowing 4 weeks to arrive before needing them. It is now Jan 13th 2021 and have yet to receive them. They responded that they would be shipped Dec 4th 2020. There after I still hadn't received a tracking number as they stated not the item ordered. Money was taken out of my account: ( Nov 21, 2020 - PAYPAL *MAXAWECOLTD ST PO CA -$29.91 )
I have emailed countless times with some emails being ignored or them offering a 5% refund. ($1.50) Really!!. I have requested multiple times in the past 3 weeks for a Full refund from Stablizy and have yet to receive that or the product!!
