I happened to check my PayPal account yesterday (8-22-19) to find two pending orders in my name that I did not make for $2,800. I did not receive the usual Paypal emails of these orders. Resolution center has not posted my case file? Late last night I receive an email that the merchant has shipped the product to the fraudulent address.
