Hello. My english isnt very good so please excuse mistakes. I need help. How I can open dispute. I tried to and i choose wrong type and now I cant change it or open again. My whole story:I didnt recieved my order. Seller (G. VASQUEZ) ignore my messages since december 2020 right after I payed. I found on internet that he is on scammer list. Please help me. I made mistake when I open dispute I choose wrong type as unauthorized payment and now I cant change it or open dispute again. I tried to send mail to paypal but "THIS IS PAIGE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE" Iam crying I dont know what to do 😭🙏 help me please
