Order from Dongguanshu not received

I ordered from Dongguanshu on May 17 and paid on May 17 and Have not heard from them or received the items

I also ordered an item on May 17, 2020 and have not received it. I emailed them 3 different times and no response. This is ridiculous

I ordered off the advertisement in facebook. 2 camping chairs on may 17, 2020 $39.98. Been constantly trying to get ahold of paypal to no avail.. can't get anyone on the phone ever, it's always the same recording then they hang up on you. I've tried every number I've been able to research for PayPal help. I can't even file a dispute on their site in my account.
