I ordered something on 10/25 from a website which brought me to PayPal to pay for it so I figured it was legit. I’ve been in contact with PayPal because when I got my receipt there was Chinese lettering on it so I figured something was off. They told me to contact the sender. Well on 10/29 I contacted the sender for a confirmation or tracking number, and on 10/30 I received a tracking number. I go to track it and it says it was delivered on 10/28. I contacted UPS and they said it was delivered to a person whose name is not mine or no one I know. I did not receive anything and now my case was denied and closed: this is all fraud and I need help.
