Order 74516 never arrived

19th May 2020 I paid by PayPal £69.99 for two seater garden swing with go groupie it has never arrived PayPal have not reimbursed me and I cannot get in touch with go groupie I pay lots with pay pal but this time it's unacceptable

You have up to 180 days to open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item so did you do so?
