Order 4464240 placed on 10.08.19 with payment made PayPal but till there is no response and status

Order 4464240 placed on 10th of August with payment made through paypal but till there is no response and status from Seller.

Also escalated through paypal also twice but no response from anywhere. Paypal also not giving reply for my issue.
