Placed order 9/1, it was to arrive in 3-5 days from Philadelphia, PA. It arrived today 9/28 from China! It (wig) is not as described or pictured; Hair falls out by handfuls. I am bald from illness and do not need bald wig. I would like refund if my $32.36. I would gladly return wig but not to china
