I opened a dispute about a payment with a company that I later learned to be a scam. Because I opened the dispute so early after making the payment to them, my dispute fell through as I was askin for a refund but my order was being processed. Is it possible to open another dispute about the same payment to try and get a refund?
Normally its x1 dispute per transaction, but you could always ask customer services if they will make an exception, unlikely but if you don't ask you don't get.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code. OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
