Opening a case on an item that has already had a closed case

I purchased an item from a company that was advertised as in uk, when the payment receipts came it was chinese. I have had no email from them, and the company has now disappeared off the internet. I opened a case as unauthorised payment, but was wrong reason I now can't open a new case regarding this and still had no contact with the fraud company. All i want is the payment reversed or refunded, but im going in circles HELP.

Sorry, you'll have to keep trying to reach out to customer service to have the dispute changed to Item Not Received:

 

  1. Log on.
  2. Click HELP at the top menu.
  3. Scroll down and click CONTACT US.
  4. Scroll down to click MESSAGE US or other contact options if available.
