Hello all! So recently my account has been restricted from sending or receiving any money because I signed up a paypal account when I was under 18.
which I take full responsibility of because I didn't know any better and was an idiot back then (heh). so they told me to open a new account with a different email. and I'm very glad they let me keep the money.
Now. my question is, do I have to deactivate my old account before I can sign up for a new account?
Thanks in advance.

Hi there @Candra_HS,
Thanks for stopping by the Community. In most cases, deactivating the old account would not be necessary. For further assistance, I would recommend getting in touch with our customer support team by selecting Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page. Thanks!
Take care,
- Celeste S.
