Opening a Dispute

I am not able to open a dispute.

I recently bought an item from Depop, then recieved an email with instrusctions (the same instructions listed on PayPal) to open a dispute. However when I go to the Resolution Centre, as instructed, and go to report the problem/transaction, there is no option at all fitting to the problem I have. My understading is that I am to report the problem/transaction, then open a dispute on that problem, but as I am unable to report it, therefore unable toopen a dispute. 

I would really appreciate any help
