Opened case via txt message nothing in resolution centre

I have received an email stating a buyer has stated they were charged more than once and a case has been opened
i have gone in to resolution centre No cases opened ?
need help as if I do not respond by the 20th they are going to refund and I have only been paid once so will lose my sold items and monies
please help

I can understand why you would be concerned about your situation.
When you go to the Resolution Center, you should see the case in your 'Open Cases' section. The only time you wouldn't is if the case is already closed. You can click 'Closed Cases' to see if it has been. If you still don't see this case and you're concerned that it's going to close without a response from you, please reach out to our phone support team for assistance. You can obtain our number by going to the 'Contact' section at the bottom of the PayPal webpage.
