I ordered a bed from maisonsdumonde.com. It arrived damaged, I emailed them multiple times about it but they didn't respond so I had to open a dispute.
In the dispute I requested a partial refund in order to repair the damage as the bed took 6 weeks to arrive. However, now paypal have answered the dispute, saying I should return the bed back to the seller.
The bed is huge and was delivered from France to Germany, it would cost me a fortune to send it back. I don't have the means to do this. How exactly do I proceed from here???
