Opened Dispute but has disappeared in Resolution Centre

Have tried chat on PayPal but no answer.
I bought item and cancelled soon after. Sent emails to seller, no response so opened dispute. Days after the seller added tracking number. It appears pp closed the case then but I did not receive any notifications about this. The case has just disappeared and not in closed cases.
Anyway received the blanket, just awful, thin, nothing like pic and was not cheap. Want to return but now no option to request return so am stumped after spending hours trying to contact someone. No-one in chat is answering me. I really need to talk to someone. Tried phoning pp. Realise it ‘s a bad time. What can I do?
