Open wrong cases and cant reopen cases

Hello,
I had open wrong cases, and the cases closed and cant reopen. Can anyone teach me how can i reopen my cases?

Sadly you are only allowed x1 dispute per transaction and can't open a second dispute or re-open one.
If you opened one for unauthorised by mistake then if you contact customer services they sometimes will open one for item not received or not as described for you.
Advice is voluntary.
