I have an open case due to being scammed recieved an item as stated not as advertised emailed for refund and they offered a partial which was an insult so they now say I should return at my own cost and if they receive it back I will get a refund. Why should I waist my time and money sending something back as was charged £49.79 for and it’s not worth £5 so I waist £20 sending it back and no compensation for my time effort money they taken for an item I ordered detailed as quality a picture that wasn’t what was sent how is this looking after customers they should be blocked from selling and scamming people out of good money
