Hi, If I have a open case in the resolution centre, and cancel the case in PayPal. Can I then open a case on eBay. The seller on eBay who I purchased some goods of haven’t arrived. She keeps telling me to open a request on eBay, but eBay won’t let me, asbpaypal has the case open. She won’t reply to the email PayPal sent her on Saturday 28/3 to resolve this, so I can get a refund. It states on PayPal she has until 18th April to respond and it seems a bit long to wait for this to be resolved. Thanks
You can no longer open a case through ebay. It would be better to leave the case open and let us handle it. Once you close the case in Paypal, it will be considered as resolved and can no longer request to reopen it with paypal.
