Open & escalated case

Hi, I have an open case, the item is already returned by me and delivered to the seller a long time ago but the seller don’t response on this information on paypal, I can’t get a refund. Shall I escalate the dispute or what should I do to get a refund? Thanks

As long as you can prove delivery of the item back to the seller with a tracking number then yes escalate and provide that number to paypal.
