Open a closed case

I am a seller, the buyer has filed a dispute against me and won. The case is now closed.

I would like to reopen the case as I indeed sold/transferred the concert ticket to her and then she filed a dispute against me.

The transaction is not under Paypal's seller protection.

Is there anyways to reopen a closed dispute?

I find this unreasonable that Paypal did not ask my side of the situation before closing the case.
