Open Dispute. Wrong headline subject. How can I change it?

Dear Friends

I have just opened a dispute for an item " Not As Described " on eBay.

For some strange reason, I see that the subject of the dispute that has just been opened is  "Item not delivered".

However,  it was Delivered, but "not as described". I tried to contact Paypal resolutions through messaging, but it is computerised and didn't seem to understand.

Is it necessary to try to change the heading by speaking to someone ?

Help please !

Thank you in advance

Did you open an Ebay dispute or did you open a Paypal dispute?

I quite understand. I wasn't clear for which I apologise.

No-one yet has an answer to my query. I'll keep a look out.

Enjoy your Sunday

There is no way that you can change the dispute, you would need to get c.s to do it for you............

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

WHEN YOU GET THROUGH DO NO SELECT ANY OPTIONS, JUST STAY QUIET OR SAY AGENT.

OR
have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPalUK and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Wonderful stuff! It took a little while but it is all done. The case headline has now been changed.

Thank you very very much.

Happy New Year!
