Open Case - Being reviewed by PayPal - No response after 2 months

Hi, a case was opened because of an unauthorized transaction.
It says it's under review and last updated on 21 Dec 2018. I have tried emailing PayPal 3 times but got no response whatsoever!

I got sent $64 by a client for a video I produced. 2 weeks later, it took the money out of my account because it was an "unauthorized transaction".

It says it has been under review for over 2 months now! 😞
