Hi, can anyone help? I bought 2 wigs, they were very late being delivered and so I opened a resolution with Paypal. They eventually arrived and so Paypal closed the case. However, the wigs are entirely unsuitable and are nothing like the description on the website. I have tried contacting the company numerous times, but they are refusing to refund me (I paid over £200) telling me instead to wash them or take them to a hairdressers! I have sent them an official letter of complaint, which they have ignored. I believe I am covered under Paypal's buyer protection, however Paypal won't let me open another resolution, as they say the case has been closed! Is there anything I can do?

You are only allowed 1 dispute per transaction so the only way you can get a second dispute opened is to contact Paypal (when and if you can) and see if they will open a second dispute for you.
They may decline citing policies but if you say what happened then they might open a second dispute for you.
If not then if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then consider contacting your card issuer and see if they will help you with a chargeback?

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
