Online purchases because site was USA but turned out not to be!!!

I only ordered because it was a USA site only to find out that when checking why I haven't received the order from China & footwear definitely not what I ordered- Definitely want to cancel because I don't want to try & return PayPal have advised I try & resolve with the seller which would be fine but as many have found a fraudulent site ! So no chance. Why are they allowed to advertise that USA site but operate out of which is not evident at all on the site?? This is false advertising & very deceptive!!

Cos everything online nowadays are mostly made in China.

Better just stick with buying physically at the shops or thru Amazon.

Anyone can advertise on FB, even Australian companies but set their target markets wherever they want.. so the algorithms do the work according to what you seek... type Koalas and see wh5 you get. Worse... koala news will show up on your feed with fake “Rescue Koalas” bangles while helping the fire burnt animals...and then they’re not even based in Australia.
